I'll try to avoid this by editing the colour contrast of the photograph to make it closer to the original colour. Please be specific about the type of measurements, information and the views needed for the photos. Shipping: By default, I will use non-insured tracked regular airmail provided by Singpost. Depending on where you are from, shipping can range from a few days to 2 weeks. If you want faster shipping methods (EMS) and insurance, you'll have to bear the extra costs. Where shipping fees are not included in the listed price, please request a quotation for shipping fees and time by telling me the country of the shipping destination. I ship all items within 3 business days* after receipt of payment. If I am unable to do so, I will inform you. *Business day refers to week days (Mondays - Fridays) and non-public holidays in Singapore. I will ensure that all parcels are properly packaged and shipped out on time, but I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels resulting from incidents that are out of my control, such as unreliable postal services, careless postmen, accidents and natural disasters. If there's a tracking number, I will bring it to the post office and have them check it out, but that's probably about all I can do. If you're worried about missing or damaged parcels, I can only advise you to choose EMS or buy insurance. If you have other delivery methods or companies in mind, let me know. Packaging for delivery: To avoid incurring large shipping costs, I will not use a box since it adds considerable weight, unless I'm shipping fragile or bulky items. I will first wrap your purchase in layers of plastic wrap / plastic bags to provide cushioning and prevent it from getting wet and scratched. Then I will pack it in a large envelope / waterproof bag. Clothing items may thus have fold lines and require ironing before use. If you have a problem with crumpled clothing, you may request a box at no cost, but be prepared to pay more shipping fees. Etc 1) All goods sold are non-refundable. Please clarify all your doubts, ask for more photos, information, measurements etc before bidding. 2) While I try my best to give you the most accurate measurements, I am not a professional seamstress and the way I measure my stuff may not be as exact as a seamstress could measure it. Measurements are taken flat, so especially for the waist & bust size, do allow a leeway of at least +/- 3 cm.
