VM Fairy Chiffon Long Sleeve OP

I bought this secondhand and I have washed it once.
Please note that the OP is very damaged.
There is some piling(?) on OP, some fraying at the back of the neck of the OP, two stains: one tiny black dot and a faint mark, and one of the belt loops was broken (and has been fixed, albeit not professionally) and the other loop is missing. There is also a little scrunch on one side of the neck frills, but this is not very noticeable. Lastly, the belt and the necktie that were supposed to come with the OP is missing.
