Victorian Maiden short sleeve front lacing OP Ivory

Bust: about 38cm
Waist: about 31cm (This could be adjustable little bit bigger, but I don't think it could be bigger than 68cm)
I bought it as a second hand. I only tried it on once indoor to check the size. I couldn't find the listing from Lolibrary, so I measured it flat. The bust and the waist size could be adjustable with lacing on the front. But I think it won't fit more than 70cm waist or so because it doesn't have shirring.
I am selling this because when I bought it because the description said that the waist size is bigger. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit me. I don't know how recent the released date is, but the skirt silhouette is little smaller like the old school Lolita dresses compare to current series.
Please see the photos for more detail. Two bows on the waist are detachable and they are just ribbons tied to bows. (I am sorry, I am so bad at tying up a bow...)
