All items come from a smoke free home with no pets. Prices are in NZD unless stated. I only accept payment via Paypal goods and services. If you require a payment plan please contact me before bidding/buying and we can make arrangements, though I do charge a non-refundable 25% deposit upfront. After you make a purchase, I will message you and send an invoice ASAP, but please take into account time differences if you are ordering internationally. I expect payment within 48 hours of me sending the invoice. If you are unable to fulfil this please contact me before purchasing. I will ship your items and update you with tracking within a week of me confirming your payment. If you would like combined shipping on any items, please let me know. Please note that international shipping from NZ is expensive before you make a purchase. I’m sorry about this, I know it sucks, we are far away from everything and I can’t do anything about it. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the increased likelihood of parcels getting lost, I am currently only shipping tracked. Please also be aware when making a purchase that I live in a city which has been prone to snap lockdowns in the past so my ability to access the post office may change at a moment's notice. In the event that this happens with a pending purchase I will do my best to contact you and get your purchases moving ASAP. Once the package has left my hands I am not to be held responsible for any delays, pandemic related or otherwise as I do not have control over the postal service. I can mark parcels as gifts if arranged, but I will not mark down the value of packages for customs purposes. This is because in the event that the parcel gets lost or damaged, insurance will only cover the declared value on the parcel. I will not be held responsible in the unlikely event that items get lost or damaged. I am also not responsible for any customs charges that may incur in your country.
