I'm selling this underbust skirt from Spin Doctor (when they did some lolita /Victorian inspired stuff years ago). It has partial shirring at the back and since it's an English brand, fit is true to size so M is for a waist 75/80. I can take measurements on request.
This skirt has multiple layers (black plain fabric, underneath black lace and then again black plain fabric). There are ribbons to adjust how you wear the skirt, giving it Victorian vibes (see pictures, I don't know how to explain how it works haha). It was worn a few times but I didn't find anything wrong with it.
The last picture is just to give you an idea of how it is when it's worn, the fabric doesn't have velvet.
