Toy Drops OP in Pink (MAJOR DAMAGE, PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION)

I am selling an Angelic Pretty Toy Drops OP with major damage, hence the low starting price.
This dress has had the elastic taken out of the sleeves by me; I am very much an amateur and there are now loose threads and small tears inside the sleeves, as I have tried to picture. Someone who is more experienced at sewing could possibly fix this; I took the elastic out as puff sleeves are very unflattering on my arms. There are some small yellow-ish stains within the sleeve linings. The sleeve bows could also do with some extra stitches added to them (pictured).
Whilst looking for runs I found one small run on the back of the dress; I do not think it is extremely noticeable but I have pictured it here. There may be some yellowing on the lace due to age though I didn't find any.
One of the waist tie buttons is loose and needs to be resewn, again this is pictured.
I am a plus size lolita and have tried this dress on; the shirring may be a little stretched out or loose. The neck ties are missing but this dress does still have its waist ties. This would be a good project dress for a lolita with sewing skills, or a way to score a cheap first brand dress for a new lolita!
Fairly plus size friendly; the lolibrary listing doesn't have very in depth measurements but looking at other sold listings on LaceMarket suggests this dress could go up to a 110cm bust but may be baggy/unflattering on a bust under 95cm. The cut is fairly high waisted; it should fit around 85-98cm waist. Please note that these are all amateur measurements and I am not responsible for them being 100% definite and accurate.

I live in a house with smokers, although I do not smoke myself. Whilst I do my best to make sure my clothes are clean and free of scent, I cannot be responsible if some cigarette scent remains. I also live in a house with three cats; they are not permitted to wear any of my clothes and I keep them away from my wardrobe, but again I cannot guarantee that all items will be 100% allergy or pet hair free.
