Does that mean one could wear it regardless of size, such as free sizing, or no?

It's not exactly a free size, but a rather flexible size that should fit any one from size S-L. might be a bit large or small depending on different figures and shapes.. and maybe too large for an XS size. This coat originally has two sizes: small and large, small one has bust 92cm I guess...? I think for the winter I need to squeeze a bunch of other clothes in it so I chose a size L
