(I typically machine wash or hand wash smaller or more durable pieces and dry clean more delicate items and dresses.) Once an item is shipped, it's in the hands of the postal service. In the case of lost or damaged packages, please contact the US Postal Service or local courier service for international buyers. Shipping internationally has become very expensive! :( Please keep this in mind before buying. Additionally, I will not mark down the value of any packages. I no longer offer payment plans. I apologize for the inconvenience. If you would like to me hold an item for you, please contact me and I will it hold if up to two weeks. If no payment is made after that, the item will go the next buyer. PayPal fees are all included within the price of the item. I am not interested in trades at this time.
