I'm the first owner, I have worn the JSK twice and never worn the headbow. Headbow is new with tags.

Due to the cut, I feel like the JSK is a bit shorter than I would normally like, so I'm hoping it finds a new home.

Amateur measurements:
Bust 14.5 inches to 22.5 inches flat.
Waist (high waist): 13.5 inches to 22.5 inches flat
Length (measured from top of dress at the collar, where the center ribbon is to the bottom) 26 inches. 27.5 if including lace (since the strap themselves are adjustable)
Length from beginning of "skirt" portion: 18 inches. 19.5 inches if you're counting the lace.
