is 68 the max waist or it can gain 3-4 cm from shirring? also what about the bust size?

I don't know specifically about the OP, but the jsk says 68cm and it fits my 84cm comfortably. (The person from whom I bought the jsk was a seamstress and measured it for me.) Hope that might help!
