STARRY BEGINNER SET: Headbow, JSK and tights
A great starter set!
A beautiful set from various taobao brands, perfect for a beginner who wants a comfortable and easy to wear coord. The headbow is especially luxurious; you could switch it out for a more casual look, or go full OTT. It's very versatile and the back of the JSK is shirred so it can accommodate a large range of sizing. The tights are super stretchy and comfy - I am 175cm tall and they fit me, so they definitely have range. This is a great opportunity to get almost a full coord for a very discounted price.
The tights are from Yidhra, the JSK is from Lucky Star and the headbow is from an Chinese indie brand.

It is the size XL -
Bust: 93-106 but can probably fit more
Waist: 85 - 95
Length: 92
Minor damage:
There is some fading on the front of the JSK - the price has been lowered to reflect this :)

I would imagine so yes. It's a pretty roomy dress. I've put on my most padded bra and tried it on and my bust with said bra is 120cm and it still fits ok-ish. So provided you wear it with a thin bra 116cm should be ok and pretty comfy.
