bought from my lolita dress

i was so happy to get this dress, it was a dream dress and one of my first big purchases, i waited 3 or 4 months for it to arrive, and when it did i tried it on, both waist ties popped off and the bow was falling off on one side where it wasn't sewn on correctly, i fixed it and one wear later i noticed white lines on it, i love the dress but it needs to be in the hands of someone who can sew, it comes with everything, all it needs is for the strap button to be sewn on and a waist tie button to sew on, comes with original buttons to sew on
