Short sleeved sailor blouse from the Japanese casual lolita brand Secret Honey. Bought from a few years back but never worn besides to try on, no damages or discolorations, though it is missing the tag. This design is currently no longer in production, but I managed to pull the original stock photos from archives! The original retail price with tax was 7020 JPY (~$65).

Size is around an Asian small to Asian medium, the fabric has some stretch.
