Handmade Skirt with scalloped heam in pink

I'm selling a handmade skirt. I have never worn it, so it is in new condition.
The hem is scalloped and it has cute ribbon lace sewn on. There is a underskirt sewn in with ruffles at the bottom.
The skirt closes with a zipper and button.
