Baby the Stars Shine Bright non-print JSK in Blue
Purchased in person at Closet Child in 2016. Nothing in my wardrobe matches it :( It's really flattering and easy to wear and would be a great first dress!
It is missing the detachable yoke that goes behind the ribbon lacing on the front of the dress.
I could not find an exact match for the dress on lolibrary, but it seems very similar to Baby's Hem Scallop JSK series, besides the fact that it has no pockets. (https://lolibrary.org/items/btssb-hem-scallop-jsk-2003)
The dress fits me like a dream and there is no shirring (except on straps), so hopefully my measurements will be helpful.
