I looked online for the measurements and I couldn't find them. I wear a US size 2 (32in bust and 25.5in waist) and the dress is a little big on me. I would say it would fit a few sizes bigger than me but not too many.. if you'd like more precise measurements message me and I will measure it for you.
Ive only tried it on so its basically new but without tags. Also the bow is detachable!
I also do have animals so I will wash everything and lint roll it to ensure that no animal hair travels with it!
