The dress measures 12.5 inches across the waist measured flat across (with a bit of stretch, and corset lacing that can be loosened or tightened). The bust is 14.5 in across flat, again with stretch in the fabric. The length is 28 inches down the front (top of the bustline to hem), and slightly shorter at the sides.
