This is the lavender Horror Garden special set by Angelic Pretty sold only in the Harajuku store. It consists of a skirt and vest set.These have been worn before and there is a slight feeling of wear on the vest button holes (they are functional and not just decorative buttons) but no damage. There is an embroidered cross and detailing on the waist band of the skirt. The waist ties have a scalloped bat wing design. The collar of the vest is a black bat wing design and there's removable bow that I have pinned at the back of the neck. The vest has an adjustable waist. There is no damage.

It’s hard to measure exactly, with it stretched in my hands I got it to 84cm, but to be safe I’d say 82cm

I won't say a hard no, but I will say not at this time. It's a ways off but if the set hasn't sold by Halloween I'd be open to it.
