cute and great for punkish lolita looks!

This is a Putumayo skirt that is black with blue edging. It's super cute and great for general lolita inspired or lolita punk looks. I'd say the size is small but there is shirring all the way around. I can investigate how much the shirring stretches for interested parties (with the good old tape measure) the skirt is in good condition, though like many Putumayo things a bit on the short side.
