I honest to god don't know what brand this dress is. I remember I (may have) bought it off the same website that I bought an extremely fancy/high quality Ciel Phantomhive cosplay off of, but that's all I really know.
It's a wonderful, very high quality dress though!
Only worn a couple of times, may have some minor tearing in some places
