Fairly see-though, so best under a JSK. Bought secondhand and never worn by me. There's some fraying around the edges of the ruffles where the cuffs and neck meet, as pictured on one of the cuffs (but it's really not noticeable when worn). A bit wrinkled from being in storage. My amateur measurement says the bust is about 43cm flat. Close up of the cuff is most accurate color-wise.
