How much for shipping to Finland : ) and how far does the dress strech by the waist? I couldn't tell from the link

Hello! It is a bit hard for me to measure how far it can stretch but I would say ~100cm is max. It could probably stretch about another ~5cm but I'm not absolutely certain. The cheapest shipping method I found is $19.90 for first class mail. With this rate it will take approximately 2-3 weeks for item to arrive in Finland. Please note this DOES NOT include tracking, if you would like tracking it is an additional $13.95.
