Physical drop jsk white pintuck plus size chiffon damaged

I bought this off of egl lace market about 2 years ago. I have never worn it. It is made of a polyester chiffon and comes with detachable waist ties and a slightly elasticized waist. There should be a couple ribbon bows which I have to look for. I recently moved so I really have to think about where they went. If I find them they will be included. Please see photos for measurements. Physical drop is a brand created by one of the main metamorphose designers.
