Hi there! This would be great for lolita-adjacent office-wear! How wide does the bodice portion measure when laid flat, at bust level and at the hem? How long is the bodice portion from shoulder to hem? And is the fabric stretchy at all?

Sorry for the late reply. The fabric sadly does not stretch at all. The measurements I got laying flat:
Shoulders 16 in
Bust ~16.5 in
Hem 16 in
Length 25 in
