Not really sure where this dress came from. It was a surprise from an ex from the early 2000s. I only wore it a few times then stored away for several years. It was lovely but just did not fit my bust. It has been washed and dried by hand. Feels like cotton and the lace is soft.

Is this really for plus sizes? Those measurements are very small so I gotta ask, lol. I like this a lot for some reason, but I want to make sure I'll fit. (Hoping the measurements are right!)

Well the flats are half the true plus almost an inch. That's more plus sized by Asian standards to think. I wore it when I had a 32 waist

Yeah there isn't any stretch sadly but I remember it feeling supportive of that makes sense.
