A very very forgiving JSK. I believe this dress was handmade and features lace panels and a blue eyelet fabric.This dress is pretty well loved tbh but has no outstanding issues--just normal signs of wear.
Unstretched measurements are 
32 inch bust
30 inch waist
but can stretch at least 3-4 inches more at least.
