NTW Putumayo flared bottom Cardigan in pink. Cat and moon design

Fits like western S/M cardigan. It flares out at the bottom but is not cropped and ends at normal a pant waist (vs high waisted).
I cannot find listing on Lolibrary; bought ~2016 from closet child but i also cannot find a year these are from and tag only lists a style number with no names.
Here are flat measurements ive taken.
From Back neck to bottom hem 56cm, smallest part of waist is 37 cm, 42 cm bust and 61 inch sleeve length (from top of shoulder).
Sleeves seem to be long length as they fit similarly to any western length size S cardigan, covering wrist and a few cm of hand.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, i am unable to Ship to the US or Canada.
Shipping to Germany is 5€ and 11€ to most of the EU

All shipping will include tracking numbers and insurance. Shipping to Germany is 5€ and within the EU (all 27 countries) 11-14€ depending on size, weight, etc.
Due to brexit; shipping to the UK is 16 Euros up to 2kg (tracked). Ireland is still within that 11-14 euro depending on size and weight.
Unfortunately, due to covid 19, Shipping to the US from germany starts at 54 euros. I will not offer SEA shipping as there is no tracking and it will take over a month. This has been going on since September; so it would likely not be beneficial to offer holds. I am unable to ship to Canada as well.
I'm generally able to ship within 24 hours, the exception being when i need to ship multiple packages in the same day and i run out of boxes. Payments after 11am on Saturdays, may be dropped of first thing on Monday. I will always provide tracking number within the 24 hours of payment; usually much sooner.
I DO NOT charge paypal fees as that is against Paypals TOS~!
