From Lolibrary, it seems like it originally came with a navy underskirt. It didn't have the underskirt when I bought it, so it also doesn't include it now. It is also missing the detachable bow at the waist.
Other than that, it's in very good condition! The only thing I could spot were a couple of loose threads at the seams.
