This black Soufflesong blouse is in like new condition and has only been worn once. It is made of chiffon and features halter straps and detachable hime sleeves with elastic bands. The straps cannot be detached from the blouse, but can be tucked in if you prefer. The sleeves are completely separate, and must be pulled up and tucked under the hem of the blouse's short sleeves. The back of the blouse has a panel of full shirring.
