New with tags.

Tag says size L, but Infanta sizing seems to be inconsistent as I'm about a L and it was too small for me. Has shirring, but not too much stretch. 
Really cute! Wish it had fit me. I'd say this is for a smaller person. 
I also thought this was the black and white colorway, so don't be dumb like me, it's NAVY AND WHITE :)
