Lolibrary measurements are wrong. The total length is 20 inches. The waist is 23 inches to around~ 27 inches max. Really beautiful skirt with fine details throughout. Cost over $200 usd with fees and shipping. Never wore it, but hoping it finds a new loving closet where it can really shine!Hang tag is unattached.
