Moi meme Moitite chiffon sundress [US free ship]

Purchased from another seller, who attached some satin ribbon to serve as hanger loops to not stretch the shoulder straps (which are elasticized).
Like the previous seller, I am unsure of the name of this piece and what year it's from (there doesn't seem to be a tag either).
This has been worn 2-3 times & washed twice.
I didn't see any major damage to the dress, but because it has been washed, it may have effects from that.
The underbust is fully elasticized & can technically accommodate a range of sizes, but I feel this dress would look more flattering on a smaller bust.
The material of this dress is on the light & airy side, so it would best be suited for Spring/Summer.

Bust: no more than 36"
