A skirt perfect for maritime/sailor lolitas who wanna do something a little different

Cute skirt by Milk. Short in length and fully shirred waist. Used but no visible damage, I also gave it a nice steaming to deal with wrinkles and the like.
I'd love to keep this however it doesn't fit me.
