I believe this is the 40th anniversary design, with some sparkle graphics around the Milk logo, but the keychain thing around the strap is missing (I bought it this way).
Good condition, the outside has no cracks or tears though it does have the slightest bit of a wrinkled texture to it. The inside has some feeling of wear, not really stains, but it's not 100% clean. It's really hard to describe and impossible to photograph, but just know that it's not perfect.
