These shoes are so lovely and I didn't want to let them go, but they're just a bit to small for me.

I bought these shoes secondhand, and I've only worn once.
They have a few superficial scuffs that could easily be covered up with some black shoe polish (see pics).

Unfortunately I cannot ship overseas.

Would you say it'd be comfortable for someone who usually fits a 25.5/8.5 or would I be running into the same problem?

I'm normally between 8.5/9 and they were just too small. I'd say if you wear between the 8/8.5 range, you'll be okay
