This is the Toy Box tiered skirt in black by Metamorphose. This skirt is very full and has a built in petti and partial shirring (which is still nice and tight). Waist is 64cm unstreched and 69cm with the shirring stretched. It also comes with a ribbon for the waist. The black color way stock photo doesn't have the ribbon but the ivory color way shows it in the lolibrary listing

I bought this as part of a lot I got for the other things. When I got this it had bleeding on the print, the black into the other colors. I soaked the ever loving sh*t out of this in oxiclean with color catchers multiple times and I think I got the bleeding out! It's a miracle. I've included a lot of print pictures. The price is low because of this, I still think there is a chance some of the colors are now a tad darker than originally were.
