Bought second hand at closet child in like-new condition. I have only worn the skirt once. The skirt features a ribbon belt and built-in petticoat. **I have made a very slight alteration to the skirt's waistband--the waistband originally has a seam running across the elastic portion but I removed that to allow the elastic to stretch easier. This has been reflected in the price.** Size: about 24-27'' I have cats but will take care to ensure any stray pet hairs are removed prior to shipping.
