One of Meta's signature clean-cut sailor designs, this skirt was originally released in 2015 and I've purchased it brand new directly from the brand.
It features shirring* in the back, a flattering high waist cut, detachable waist ties (not shown in the pictures but are included!), gorgeous pleats, as well as adjustable and detachable shoulder straps that can be worn parallel to one another, crossed, or removed altogether. The skirt has quite a bit of fabric for an A-line cut, which can create more dramatic poof with the right petticoat.
I have tried it on but never had the chance to actually wear it, and unfortunately it doesn't quite suit my personal style anymore, so I've decided to let it go to someone who will enjoy it.
One of the waist tie buttons has come off and I've sewn it back on again, otherwise this skirt is in flawless, like new condition.

*Please note that since this skirt is in new condition, the shirring is still quite stiff and not very forgiving. The waist size provided is the estimated max size for a comfortable fit.
