I bought this dress in 2017 and to my knowledge, I am the third owner.
This dress needs a forever home. I think it might be a piece of our history.
I have searched as much of lolibrary as I can, but couldn't find any related photos of this dress, which leads me to believe it is very old.

Here are the original listing notes for the dress when I bought it;
"Original listing stated that this dress was in "very worn condition," which I was aware of when I agreed to purchase.

- Basically, anything that's *white* on this dress has been discolored from age. From far away, the ivory-yellowish discoloration of the white lace does not seem too obvious (it was only obvious to me upon close inspection). Someone that's an expert in restoring lace to its original color could probably do so (which was what I intended to do, but I realized I will not wear this dress as it was an impulse buy!). The front white bustle also is not pristine white and will need restoration/cleaning.

- Structurally, the dress seems to be in decent condition (the bows may need a little re-shaping). I removed the back shirring ribbon with the intention of putting my own but ended up never doing so. With a little TLC and restoration/cleaning, there's definitely plenty of life left in this dress. As much as I'd like to keep it, I recently obtained a dream dress that is better suited to my taste ^^;

Measurements:
Bust: up to 38" (the generous shirring at the back MAY allow it to go 40 or 41").
Waist: up to 33" (shirring MAY allow it to go a few more inches)
