Magic Tea Party: Black Blouse
Soft black short-sleeved blouse from Magic Tea Party.
Second owner, but it was never worn or tried on by its first owner - bought brand new with tag, and worn out several times by me. Material is non-sheer chiffon, and it's very soft and comfortable! Includes a detachable bow; it used to have waist ties, but I've since misplaced them.

One of the buttons for the waist ties seems to have gotten chipped somehow? (See attached photo.) However, it's on the side of the blouse, so it isn't very noticeable when worn.
