Brand new without tags. I'm the first owner and I've only tried it on once. There is no size tag but I measured it and they are as follow:
Bust: 36 inches (91cm)
Waist: 30 inches (76cm)
Length: 37 inches (94cm)
I don't remember if I ordered it with custom measurements or if I ordered a size L. I only measured it because there is no size tag. That being said, they're very close to size L on their size chart (see reference link)
