Returns/ refunds only negotiated if fault is on sellers part. Will NOT send or accept money using friends and family, invoice only. Will not ship untracked. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. You must work it out with the shipping service, I am not responsible for that. Payment Plans- I accept payment plans for any item $30 usd and up (not including shipping prices.) This must be discussed before the purchase. I will not accept payment plans if it was not discussed before you hit "buy." The amount of payment and the frequency is negotiable. But I will not do a payment plan that lasts over a month and a half. Reservations- If you would like a item to be reserved for you, just shoot me a message and I can get that done. I will reserve items for up to 2 weeks. If it has been 2 weeks and you have not purchased the item yet. I will take the reservation off, and the item will be available for anyone to buy again. Payment time policy- You will have 5 days from the time the invoice is sent, to pay. If the invoice isn't payed on time I will relist the item and leave negative feedback. If you need more time to pay, it must be negotiated before the purchase. I have cats. I keep them away from the items I sell. But if you have severe allergies I would advise you not to buy from me. Everything I sell comes from a smoke free home.
