Tracking is included so if this comes to this issue you even ring or contact by email with the tracking details.Never had this problem and its very rare but if it ever happens then you know what to do. Same as me when I buy things online! I ship the item normally the next working day unless something has come up as a emergency then it be 3 days but will let you know even way. custom duties and taxes are definitely not my responsibility, you have to pay for it to get the item. I can however lower the value of no custom happen, but beware asking this from me first privately. If that item gets lost in the postage you will only get back of the low value I've done of insurance. If you except that then yes I can do it by agreeing to the conclusion if the item gets lost it be your fault.
