A beautiful chiffon-type material midi-length skirt with a library/bookshelf print. There is a black inner lining layer so you don't have to worry about it being transparent. However, there is not much room for a petticoat so I would definitely say it's casual though it still looks great! I just personally don't wear long skirts that often (I didn't realize when I bought it) but it's perfect for people who are taller or who love longer skirts.
No damage aside from a few loose threads, the waistband is a little twisted but that shouldn't be too bad to sort out and even as is I don't feel that it's uncomfortable.
Waist has a lot of stretch, flat measurements go from 9.5 to an impressive 23 inches! Length is about 32in (both amateur measurements). You can see it worn in the second photo, I am 5'3" (apologies for the slight mess in my room!)
