I am the second owner of this blouse, however I believe I purchased this new from the first owner. I labeled this blouse as damaged because there is some fraying at the collar and the price will of course reflect this. The blouse did not come with the ribbon from the first seller. Still a cute blouse nonetheless! A size small and only worn once.
