Gorgeous gothic chiffon JSK by Lady Sloth, featuring a painting by Caspar David Friedrich.  I wore this once, but unfortunately this JSK is a bit big on me.  There is shirring in the back to accommodate a variety of sizes, a removable bow with cross charm, and a waist tie (not pictured but included).

Lady Sloth lists their measurements as:

M: Bust 90 – 102 cm, Waist 75 – 85 cm, Skirt length 62 cm, Bodice Length 42 cm, Bottom 270 cm

No flaws that I can find.  If you are allergic, please be aware that I do have a cat.
