Bought used, unsure if it's been altered but the torso is weirdly long like it was altered for a tall person
Bust measures from about 80-92cm.. condition is used, didn't see any obvious defect but it has definitely been worn, the fabric is soft and the straps look stretched in the back. Unsure where the bow pins go but there are 2 in the bag. The navy placket detaches with little snaps

No, the waist would be a little tight and the bust would be very uncomfortable I think. Inches are less precise and I'm not sure about the conversion but this dress seems like it's for someone who's thinner than normal with a long torso
