Condition
I bought it secondhand in excellent used condition and wore it two time outdoors.
It has shirring with loopholes for corseting on the ride side only.
The original lacing or ribbon for the corseting was not included when I purchased this skirt used and, therefore, is not included.
The skirt is 100% polyester material, so it is silky, light-weight, and flowy. Honestly the most comfortable piece I have ever worn.
It works great as a casual piece too and could be worn with a simple summer blouse.
