Gorgeous IW JSK made out of heavy cotton with a beautiful rose print and tons of chiffon ruffles.
I bought it second hand and only tried it on and while it's beautiful I just never wore it.
The official measurements are quite big in the bust, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over a 95cm bust as the shirring is quite strong.
It has no flaws that I could find except there are small holes in the chiffon where the waist bow is attached.
