Bust: 70~110cm, the waist has the same measurement, but the elastic is tighter around there.
Total length excl. lace: 46cm. The back side of the straps is elastic, so the length can be extended.
I don't remember the exact label of the fabric but it's mostly polyester. The last picture is taken in sunlight.
